Professional Expertise
As a principal in Studley’s Corporate Services Group, Clark is responsible for developing and delivering strategic consulting and transaction services for large space users, whose real estate interests are material to their operations. Clark joined Studley as a financial analyst in 1995, and quickly became an integral part of some of the firm’s largest and most complex assignments.  After three years, Clark left Studley to become a management consultant and later chief operating officer for a management consulting firm specializing in strategic and operational consulting for insurance and financial service companies.  He returned to Studley in 2002 to use his combined expertise in real estate, finance, business operations, and strategic planning to help clients enhance their operational and financial results.  In addition to his work with corporate and professional service clients, Clark has extensive experience working with non-profit and government entities. Under Studley’s National Broker Contract with the
General Services Administration, he is responsible for managing all transactions assigned to Studley within the Sunbelt Region (NC, SC, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, & FL).

Activities & Achievements
Clark is an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club and the Harvard Clubs of Georgia and New York City. He also serves on several boards, including Central Atlanta Progress, Associated Insurance Administrators, Inc. and The Martha C. and Harry Jeffcoat Foundation. In 2005, Clark was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle in its annual “40 under 40” list for his contributions and leadership in his company and community.

Clark received his AB in biomedical engineering, cum laude, from Harvard University, where he played varsity football, was elected class officer, and delivered the Harvard College oration as a graduating senior. He has furthered his professional development through executive education at Harvard Business School, where he completed the Real Estate Management Program: Developing Future Leaders.
