Kevin Hodges has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Studley, Kevin was co-founder and managing partner of Cresa Partners-Houston, where he specialized in representing tenants in office lease negotiations. During his eight years at Cresa Partners, Kevin advised numerous law firms and energy companies in developing and implementing strategies for acquiring and disposing of office space. Kevin was nominated by his partners as the 2003 NAIOP “Broker of the Year”. He has been recognized many times by the Houston Business Journal as a commercial real estate “Heavy Hitter”.

Prior to founding Cresa Partners-Houston, Kevin was senior vice president of Trione & Gordon where, in addition to representing tenants, he assisted Texas Commerce Bank (Chase Bank) in the leasing of its downtown office buildings. His experience as an owner’s representative has given him a valued perspective for his clients. Kevin was awarded the “Broker of the Year” award in 1994 by Trione & Gordon.

Kevin entered the real estate industry after spending nine years as a petroleum landman. His experience in the energy business provides him with significant insight into the unique space requirements for energy-related companies.
