Beyond Fundamentals: Pushing Rents to Pro forma Projections (PDF)

The analysis compares rental rate increases in sold properties over the last two years in eight (8) major US markets with rental rate increases across all properties within their respective markets for the same time period. Findings: Average rental rate increases for sold properties = 21.2% vs Market Average = 12.6%
