Studley's Josh Hirsh Named To Atlanta's "40 Under 40" List

Atlanta, GA (November 30, 2009) - International commercial real estate services firm Studley announced today that Managing Director Josh Hirsh was selected by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of its “40 Under 40 Rising Stars” for 2009.

The Atlanta Business Chronicle's "40 Under 40 Rising Stars" list is an annual award honoring emerging leaders in Atlanta's business community.  The list appeared in the Nov. 13, 2009, issue of the Atlanta Business Chronicle.

Since joining the firm in 2000, Mr. Hirsh has established himself as one of Studley’s top producers in the Atlanta market.  He has negotiated more than 1.5 million square feet of real estate transactions for corporate and law firm clients throughout Atlanta.

"Josh exhibits a tremendous amount of diligence and dedication in his business and community endeavors, enabling him to bring positive results,” said Studley Executive Vice President and Branch Manager Andrew Lechter.  “We are thrilled to see him recognized by the local business community here in Atlanta.”

Outside of the office, Mr. Hirsh is active in the local community and donates his time to a number of local organizations.  He currently serves on the boards of the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Kate’s Club, a local nonprofit that supports children through the grieving process after they've lost a parent or sibling.  In addition, he is the fundraising chair of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and has been a baseball coach for the North Side Youth Organization for the past five years.

Mr. Hirsh received a Bachelor of the Arts degree in both real estate finance and Japanese from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
