Wachovia Financial Center Retains Two Tenants

The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to journalism, and Guy Carpenter, a leading global reinsurance intermediary, have both renewed their leases at Wachovia Financial Center in Miami. The Knight Foundation signed a 10-year 22,822-square-foot deal, while Guy Carpenter signed a four-year deal for 15,403 square feet. ...

... Don Cartwright and Nichole Lamoureaux of Cushman Wakefield represented the landlord in both transactions. Jack Lowell of Flagler Real Estate Services, along with John Esposito and Greg Katz of Studley, represented The James S. and James L. Knight Foundation. Barbara Liberatore Black and Matthew Goodman of CresaPartners represented Guy Carpenter.
