... OFFICE: Two government agencies have leased a total of 34,510 square feet at 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway in Interwood Business Park. Paul Wittorf of Transwestern represented the landlord/developer, Urban Group, in both leases. The General Services Administration signed a 22,469-square-foot lease to house the Minerals Management Service and was represented by Brian Weiss and Don Foster of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas. ...OFFICE: Kenneth Harder, PC, has renewed a lease for 5,355 square feet at One Riverway. Lesa Nickelson of CB Richard Ellis along with Kyle Kelley and Lance McCarthy, who recently made a move to Studley, represented the tenant. Steve Rocher and Dave Hanusa, also of CB Richard Ellis, represented the landlord, Riverway Holdings.
