...Two government agencies have leased a total of 34,510 square feet at 15109 Heathrow Forest Parkway in Interwood Business Park. Paul Wittorf of Transwestern represented the landlord/developer, Urban Group, in both leases. The General Services Administration signed a 22,469-square-foot lease to house the Minerals Management Service and was represented by Brian Weiss and Don Foster of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas. The Department of Homeland Security has signed a 12,041-square-foot lease and was represented by Efrem Colmenero with Studley....
