With more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Rob has executed in excess of 16 million square feet of lease and sale transactions. Serving as an advocate and consultant in providing best-in-class real estate services, Rob conducts comprehensive studies of his clients' businesses in order to develop sound real estate strategies that accomplish long-term organization goals. He has represented a diverse collection of national corporate clients including AT&T, Archstone, Black & Veatch, General Motors, KPMG, Multifoods, Newmont Mining, One Beacon Insurance, Utility Engineering, and Wachovia Securities. Employing his background as an attorney, Rob also has focused his practice on law firms, representing over 40 law firms in assignments totaling in excess of 1.5 million square feet.
Prior to joining Studley, Rob was a senior vice president with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. Prior to that, Rob was associated with the Los Angeles firm of Girardi, Keese & Crane, P.C. as a member of its litigation department.
Activities & Achievements
Rob is a member of Colorado Bar Association, Downtown Denver Partnership, and United Way Tocqueville Society. Rob was named by DMCAR as the Office Broker of the Year in 2008.
Education
Rob received a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado.
