Corey Davidson joined Studley in 2001 following a career working for a large real estate investment firm where he focused on both leasing and investment sales. During this time he completed over 150 leasing transactions, and was responsible for developing and implementing the disposition strategy for a portfolio of more than 60 investment properties.
As a principal with Studley Corporate Services Group (CSG), he is responsible for developing and delivering a strategic consulting and brokerage services that bridge corporate finance and commercial real estate for companies with facilities in multiple markets.
Corey's accomplishments with CSG include one of 2008's largest transactions in California: the 562,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters for Brocade Communications Systems Inc. in San Jose, with an option to grow to 1 million square feet.
Education
Corey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in cognitive psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Community Involvement
Corey serves on the board of governors for the City of Hope, a philanthropic society that raises funds to eradicate cancer, diabetes, AIDS and other life threatening diseases.
He is also an active member of the Surfrider Foundation, a nonprofit environmental organization dedicated to the protection and enhancement of oceans and beaches.
