Armed with 12 years of experience as a real estate client service professional, Christelle leads the consulting services practice within Studley’s Strategic Portfolio Solutions (SPS) group. She focuses on adding value to Studley’s corporate clients, by offering a strategic and multidisciplinary approach to solving their real estate challenges. She not only offers deep real estate expertise, but also takes into consideration people, process, technology and governance implications, as well as the alignment with the client corporate culture and business needs.

Prior to joining Studley, Christelle was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Construction and Real Estate Advisory Services practice, advising both investors and corporate users.

Relevant subject matter expertise:
Portfolio Strategy - providing strategic advice to large corporations to achieve greater real estate performance, e.g. space efficiency, space allocation and charge back, portfolio flexibility, etc.

Location Advisory and Site Selection - helping clients identify new suitable locations (nationally and internationally), sites or facilities aligned with their business needs and objectives including manufacturing, office and support functions.

Occupancy Cost Reduction - advising clients on strategic sourcing decisions for Corporate Real estate and administration of a competitive sourcing process. Major clients serviced (Financial Services, Technology, Energy, Global Insurance, Pharmaceutical, BPO and Publishing companies) have been able to save 10% and above of their cost base annually through this process.

Organizational Assessment and Business Process Improvement - performing assessments of current organization and processes and based on current risks identified as well as best practices, recommending and designing future organization and new policies and procedures.

Transaction Support – Transaction Support and due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions of buildings, portfolios, distressed assets and merger & acquisitions.

Appraisal – Valuation of real estate portfolio for funds, insurance companies and banks. Design financial functionalities of a proprietary valuation software.
