Nationally, Studley has represented nearly 80% of AmLaw’s top law firms. Since 2005 alone, the DC regional offices of Studley have carried out more than 1.3 million square feet of real estate transactions for law firm clients nationwide.
Associations/Nonprofits
To date, Studley’s DC regional offices have represented more than 200 associations and nonprofits with real estate transactions totaling in excess of 7 million square feet.

LEED/Sustainable Projects

Community Involvement
The Washington, DC regional offices of Studley are committed to serving the local community. For over 25 years, Studley has supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Higher Achievement Program (HAP).
