Office Overview
Located in the heart of Tysons Corner, the Suburban Washington office of Studley has since become major force throughout the Mid-Atlantic region since its inception in 1982.  The office provides a broad range of services to clients ranging from corporations, nonprofit associations and government contractors throughout Northern Virginia and Suburban Maryland.  With extensive experience in the intricacies of national portfolio management, the Suburban Washington office directs the real estate portfolios for numerous national corporations, including URS Corporation, General Dynamics, ValueOptions and SRA International.

Studley's Washington DC regional offices have been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Greater Washington” by the Washington Business Journal.

Community Involvement
The Washington, DC regional offices of Studley are committed to serving the local community. Over the years, our associates have supported dozens of local and national charitable organizations through generous donations of their time as volunteers, donors and board members. For over 25 years, Studley has supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Higher Achievement Program (HAP). Additional partnerships include the Lombardi Cancer Center, National Prostate Cancer Coalition, Building Hope, Iona Senior Services and Toys for Tots.
