Established in 1986 as an adjunct of the Washington DC office, the Philadelphia office was opened to service two large Philadelphia accounts: CoreStates Bank and a large CBD law firm. Within 2 years, a permanent office had been established servicing several other large corporate and law firm clients. As the premier tenant representation firm in Philadelphia, Studley consistently holds a 25-35% market share and has represented some of the larger tenants in the market year in and year out, both in the CBD and the suburbs.
In 1996, Hether Smith was appointed Branch Manager, and she is joined by 17 other brokers and a very capable research and administration group. Working with a deep bench of experienced brokers, the Philadelphia office provides a full range of real estate consulting services including space and land acquisition and disposition, build-to-suit development and financing, sale-leaseback analysis, lease management services, supply and demand analysis, portfolio analysis, employee attrition analysis, corporate relocation and state and municipal incentives and project management services.
