Office Overview
In 2004, Studley established its second New Jersey office in northern New Jersey, making Studley the largest brokerage firm in New Jersey focused on tenant representation. The firm has completed some of the largest and most complex transactions within and outside of the state.
With the second office, Studley doubled the size of the firm’s regional coverage and expanded its services to include industrial supply-chain management. Studley’s presence in the region continues to grow as the firm expands its client list with names from highly competitive industry segments including legal, finance, transportation services and logistics and has the ability to service local New Jersey clients nationally and globally.
To further enhance Studley’s reputation as a market leader in New Jersey, our regional offices have also been named to NJ Biz's esteemed list of the “Best Places to Work in New Jersey.”
Community Involvement
Studley’s New Jersey regional offices support a variety of philanthropic organizations, on both a company and individual basis. Each year, the offices participate in events to support our local community, some of which have included: building homes with Habitat for Humanity Newark, renovating a home for The Apostles’ House and collecting and sorting coats for New York and New Jersey Cares.
Our diverse brokerage and professional staff have also personally supported organizations for which they are passionate by donating their time as board members, volunteers and donors. Some of these organizations include Matheny School and Hospital, the New Jersey Workshop for the Arts, Daughters of Miriam Nursing Home, Camp Acorn, and the New Jersey Community Development Corporation.
