Studley opened its first West Los Angeles office in 1971 and expanded its practice in 1984 with a second office in Downtown Los Angeles. Today, Studley is Southern California's largest tenant representation firm delivering strategic advisory services; transaction management services; financial consulting; corporate account services; and project management services.

The Studley offices of Los Angeles provide services to a diverse group of companies including: major entertainment and technology firms; top law and insurance firms; and leading financial institutions throughout Southern California. Current and recent clients have included: Amgen, City of Los Angeles, Kia Motors America, PETCO, Computer Associates, Gannett, Cedars-Sinai, and Teledyne Technologies.  Liberty Mutual Insurance, Microsoft, and Gateway are also clients.

As Los Angeles is the epicenter of the entertainment industry, Studley has built a strong reputation as the preferred real estate provider to the media industries.  Studley has represented world-renowned television and film companies, major studios, and networks on more than 13.5 million square feet of real estate transactions.
