Studley opened its Houston office in 1974.  In 2003, the Houston office expanded its operation with the infusion of the most recognized and highly successful real estate advisors.  The branch has grown its professional group to include 10 brokers and professionals providing tenant advisory services throughout Texas and Louisiana, with an emphasis on the greater Houston office market, San Antonio, Austin, New Orleans and Baton Rouge.  For over twenty years, Studley has provided award-winning real estate advisory services to the Houston business community, and the office’s multidisciplined professionals have represented some of the area’s most prominent companies in transactions that range from large-scale corporate headquarters to national portfolios.
