Office Overview
In 2004, Studley established its 18th office in Tampa, Florida, in order to better serve tenants in the burgeoning Florida office market.  In its first year with Studley, the Tampa team has completed 239,135 square feet of office lease transactions and $14.5mm in sales on behalf of local, regional and national tenants.  Led by a team of advisors with over 55 years combined real estate experience, Studley’s Tampa office has earned a reputation for its superior market knowledge, complex transaction management and exceptional results.

Community Involvement
The Tampa office of Studley takes its role in the community seriously.  With the majority of advisors serving on The Tampa Chamber of Commerce’s Committee of 100, Studley is working to shape the Tampa community and promote tourism and economic growth throughout the region.   Additionally, one of the team’s junior advisors is an active member of EMERGE Tampa and as Chairman of the Riverwalk Campaign, he works closely with Tampa’s Riverwalk Project Coordinator on the development of 2.2 miles of Tampa’s downtown waterfront.  In 2005 a Studley team member chaired CREW Tampa Bay’s participation in the 17th Annual Paint Your Heart Out Tampa event, a local event that coordinates over 3,500 volunteers to paint over 100 homes of low-income, elderly Tampa residents in a single day.
