Office Overview

Established in 2004, Studley’s Tampa office has completed more than 1.5 million square feet of office lease transactions and $14.5 million in sales on behalf of local, regional and national tenants. Led by a team with more than 74 years of combined real estate experience, the office has earned a reputation for its superior market knowledge, complex transaction management and exceptional results.  

In 2009, the Tampa office was named of the “Best Companies to Work for in Florida by Florida Trend.

Community Involvement

Studley's Tampa office is committed to serving the local community.  As members of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Studley is working to help shape the Tampa community and promote tourism and economic growth throughout the region.
 
One of the firm’s most notable charitable activities in Tampa is its pro-bono work and fundraising efforts for The Children’s Home, a child- and family-centered organization that is positioned to care for struggling families and children in the Tampa area.  The office recently represented the non-profit in a retail lease for it thrift stores, which are a significant source of its fund-raising revenue.

In addition, many of the firm’s real estate advisors are active in industry trade organizations such as the Tampa chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and EMERGE Tampa, a leadership program of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce.  In 2008, Studley chaired CREW Tampa Bay’s participation in the 17th Annual Paint Your Heart Out event, a single-day event, where 3,500 volunteers paint more than 100 homes for low-income, elderly Tampa residents.
