Office Overview
Established in 1962, the Chicago office has grown from a three-person shop into one of the top tenant representation practices in the Midwest. With more than 30 tenant advisors serving the real estate needs of businesses across a wide spectrum of industries, Studley has built a reputation for unqualified integrity, incomparable insight, and exceptional results.

Studley’s expertise extends to both the downtown and suburban Chicago markets where its tenured professionals have completed assignments ranging from large-scale headquarters transactions for top-tier global firms to lease restructures that yield sizeable savings to strategic planning for firms with multiple locations. In addition, Studley’s specialized Midwest team serves key Midwest markets outside of Chicago, providing firms in these regions with the knowledge to navigate the market to convert real estate into a revenue-stimulating asset.

Community Involvement
Studley’s Chicago office supports a wide variety of philanthropic organizations, on both a company and individual basis. Its largest fundraiser is the Annual Studley Landlord Golf Challenge wherein the proceeds of the golf outing benefit one designated local community organization. In total, more than $250,000 has been raised for the Jane Addams Hull House Association and Catalyst Schools. In addition, each year the office participates in at least one all-day event in support of the community. Past events have included preparing and serving food in a soup kitchen and renovating houses for Chicago Cares’ annual serve-a-thon.

Since each of its members has a passion for different types of civic involvement, a diverse array of organizations is represented on an individual basis. Some of these include the Erikson Institute, Anti-Defamation League, Museum of Contemporary Art, Lincoln Park Zoo, Bottomless Closet, American Red Cross, Greater Chicago Food Depository and the Jewish United Fund.
