Office Overview
Studley established the Atlanta office in 1997, and has since built a strong reputation for representing office and industrial tenants in a broad range of transactions. The Atlanta office works with tenants throughout the Southeast United States to provide each client with an innovative, cost-effective solution that meets its real estate objectives.

Among Studley's accomplishments is the representation of the headquarters for Worldspan, one of Atlanta's largest corporations; a headquarters renegotiation for SunTrust Robinson-Humphrey, a leading investment bank; a build-to-suit lease for Bradley Arant, the largest law firm in Birmingham, Alabama; and national representation of Protective Life Insurance.

Community Involvement
Studley’s Atlanta office is dedicated to serving the community and participates in a variety of charitable and volunteer events each year.   Last year, the office used its annual holiday party as a vehicle to fundraise for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, ultimately making a donation to the charity on behalf of Studley and its clients.  Team members also participate in service days coordinated by Hands on Atlanta, including the organization’s Juris Service Day designed exclusively for law firms, their staff and vendors.  In 2005, team members became involved in the Atlanta Ronald McDonald Houses and are actively working with this organization on their annual fundraiser, Port ‘O Call.
