Craig joined Studley in 1975 after spending one year as a broker with Charles F. Noyes Co., Inc. He played an integral role in the expansion of Studley's Washington, DC office, and was branch manager of the firm's Westchester/Connecticut office from 1984 to 1987. Craig continues to represent Studley in Westchester and Connecticut.
Craig is a specialist in representing tenants in the leasing of office space and has completed transactions from Virginia to Massachusetts. He has particular experience in both the New York City market and the suburban markets of Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. Craig's expertise includes the ability to creatively design a lease transaction to the benefit of his client for both long-and short-term gains.
Activities & Achievements
Craig is very active with Lehigh University's Alumni Association, serving on several committees including national development, and is about to be installed as a Trustee. Currently, he is on the advisory board for Lehigh's new Real Estate Department in its College of Business & Economics. Craig has served on the Village of Scarsdale's Advisory Council on Parks and Recreation and was chairman for two years. In addition, he has been a mentor in the Children's Aid Society's Project Live Program in New York City.
Craig graduated from the College of Business and Economics at Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in management.
